Information You Provide Directly

Registration Information:

To create a basic account, you must provide your email address and password. Paid subscription upgrades require additional information including your name and physical address. We also collect your IP address. Bonovalley acts as the data controller for this information.

Service Login Credentials:

When connecting your Bonovalley account to third-party services, you’ll need to provide login credentials for those services. We create secure connected accounts and store your login information safely. This information is used solely for its intended purpose and is deleted automatically when you remove a connected account.

Information We Collect Automatically

Integration Execution Data:

Bonovalley maintains logs of integration executions to provide run details and data transfer information. For this data, Bonovalley serves as the data processor while the user is the data controller. We store: - Integration execution details: 30-90 days based on plan

Usage Information:

We automatically collect data from your web browser when you visit our website or use our service, including: - IP address - Browser type - Previous webpage - Search queries - Locale preferences - Access history.

Cookies

We use cookies to enhance your experience. These data files transfer to your device and may store registration ID and authentication information for maintaining your login status.

How We Keep Your Data Safe:

Google User Data Guidelines

When accessing Google data, we follow additional restrictions: - Limited to specified API access scopes - No advertising use - No unauthorized human reading - Revocable through Google Security Settings.

If you grant Bonovalley access to your Google data, our utilization of that data will adhere to the additional limitations outlined in Google’s API Services User Data Policy and YouTube Terms of Service. By using Bonovalley (API client), including functionalities related to YouTube API Services, users consent to comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.- Our access will be limited to reading and writing labels in Gmail, sending emails via Gmail, reading, creating, and modifying spreadsheets, managing events and calendars in Google Calendar, accessing and updating Google Contacts, creating and adding videos to channels and playlists on YouTube, and posting comments on YouTube channels. We will not share this access with third parties unless it is essential for providing and enhancing these features, adhering to applicable laws, or during a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

- Human access to this data will be restricted unless we have your explicit consent for specific messages, it is necessary for security reasons such as investigating abuse, compliance with applicable laws, or for internal operations at Bonovalley, and even then, only when the data has been aggregated and anonymized. Users have the option to revoke Bonovalley's access through Google Security Settings if they prefer not to grant read/write permissions to Bonovalley.

- We will never utilize any Google user data for advertising purposes.

Data Deletion Rights

You may request account deletion through our support team. Upon deletion, all account information and logs are immediately removed from our database.

Data Retention

We retain personal data as necessary for our Terms of Use obligations or as required by law, maintaining our privacy commitments throughout the retention period.

Payment Processing

We use Paddle for secure payment processing and only receive payment confirmations. Your full credit card details are not stored on our servers.

Information Sharing

We don’t sell or disclose personal information for marketing purposes without consent. We may share information with: - Third-party service providers working with Bonovalley, limited to necessary access - All providers must maintain user privacy and data confidentiality. We work with third-party service providers (for example server services) to help us provide, improve or advertise our services.

Terms and Conditions

Bonovalley Application, is a Software as a Service Platform (SaaS) which is owned and operated by Inventiva Artes (hereinafter referred to as Bonovalley, We or Our) with its registered office at E-43/1, Okhla Phase-2, New Delhi, India – 110020. By accessing and using the Bonovalley application (collectively “Services”), you, the person or company who is being given a limited license to use the Bonovalley application (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your”), do hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as any other guidelines, rules and additional terms referenced herein (collectively, “Terms”) and such use or access shall constitute an agreement between you and Bonovalley.

Modification

You agree and understand that we may periodically change these Terms, certain features of Bonovalley application and/or certain features of the Services, without notice and all amended terms and changes become effective upon posting an update notification. You are solely responsible for checking these Terms and change notifications periodically for revisions. Any use of the Bonovalley application after such revisions have been posted, signifies your consent to the changes.Bonovalley may monitor and change certain features of its Services periodically to (1) comply with any necessary laws, regulations or other governmental requests; (2) to operate the Service properly or to protect itself and its users. Use of the Service is at Your sole risk. You will be solely responsible for any damage to You resulting from the use of the Service. The entire risk arising out of use, security or performance of the Service remains with You. No oral or written information or advice given by Bonovalley or its authorized representatives shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of Bonovalley's obligations. Without limiting the foregoing, the Service is not designed or licensed for use in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe controls, including without limitation operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation/communication systems, air traffic control, and life support or weapons systems. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Bonovalley, its partners, suppliers and Resellers specifically disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for such purposes.

Service and Data

Bonovalley provides You with the services, tools and features to integrate and automate various third party applications, websites, services together.By using the Service, You may give us access to your information, customer data, project data, files, and folders (collectively, “your data”) available from third party applications. You retain ownership of your data. You are also solely responsible for the content of your data, we are not responsible for the content of your data transferred through the Service. We do our best to prevent (please see our Privacy Policy) misuse of your data by third party, but we are not responsible for misuse of your data by any third party. We sometimes need your permission to do what you ask us to do with your data. By allowing our Service to manage your data, You grant us worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free rights to use, copy, distribute, and prepare derivative works in order to enable us to technically operate the Service. Software License

Upon acceptance of all the terms and conditions and subject to payment of the agreed consideration, Bonovalley agrees to grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Bonovalley application, and further agrees to provide the Services listed herein.

Use of information provided to us

All confidential, proprietary or personally identifiable information provided to us, or acquired by us shall be kept confidential at all times as provided in our Privacy Policy. All feedbacks, answers, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas or the like, which you send to us will be treated as being non-confidential and nonproprietary.

Intellectual Property

Company names and logos and all related products and service names, design marks and slogans are trademarks and service marks used by Bonovalley and are the sole property of Bonovalley. The Bonovalley application, source code, designs and styles used for provision of Services are copyrighted to Bonovalley.Other than the limited license to use the Bonovalley application as expressly granted herein, all right, title and interest in and to all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to any copyright, trademark and database right, vested in the Service, including the content therein and the selection and arrangement thereof, shall at all times remain with us. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions and/or the Agreement is intended to transfer all or part of such rights.Except the license to use the Bonovalley application, as authorized under these Terms, you are not being granted any right to any copyright, trademark, patent other intellectual property right in the Bonovalley application or the services, processes or technology described therein. All such rights are retained by Bonovalley.All rights, title and interest including trademarks and copyrights in respect of the domain name and Bonovalley application provided through the Services are reserved with Bonovalley. Unauthorized access, reproduction, redistribution, transmission and/or dealing with any information contained in the Bonovalley application in any other manner, either in whole or in part, are strictly prohibited, failing which strict legal action will be initiated against you.You shall retain all rights, title and interest to the data included by you into the Bonovalley application. You shall also retain all rights, title and interest in the analysis and reports generated using the Bonovalley application.

By using Bonovalley (API client), including functionalities related to YouTube API Services, users consent to comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Content Disclaimer

Bonovalley communicates information after processing the data provided by you and the data pulled from third party apps. Bonovalley has no control over the accuracy of content, integrity or quality of data provided by you, and the Bonovalley application may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors, and we make no guarantees, nor can we be held responsible for any such discrepancy, including on the Bonovalley application authenticity, quality, or legality, or any other intellectual property rights compliance, or any resulting loss or damage.You are hereby advised and cautioned that all information provided by you is taken by us in good faith, without least suspecting the bonafides of the information and Bonovalley does not confirm, does not acknowledge, or subscribe to the claims and representation made by the Advertiser/s listed with BonovalleyBonovalley reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without any obligation, to make improvements to, or correct any error or omissions in, any portion of the Bonovalley application.Links to external Internet sites may be provided within the content of the Bonovalley application or other Services as a convenience to you. Bonovalley disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, or operability or availability of information or material displayed in the results/reports generated through the Service.The Bonovalley application and the services are provided on an “As Is” and “As Available” basis without warranty of any kind, other than as expressly provided herein, either express or implied or statutory, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Bonovalley disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted under law, any warranties regarding the security, reliability, accuracy and performance of the Bonovalley application and the services. Bonovalley does not warrant that any defects or errors will be corrected or that the content is free of viruses or other harmful components. Bonovalley also disclaims any and all warranties to the fullest extent permitted under the law in regards to any information, goods, or services, obtained through, advertisements or received through any links provided by or through the service.

Warranty

We warrant that, we are the owner of the Bonovalley application, and have the right and authority to grant the licence to use the Bonovalley application. We do not warrant, guarantee, accept any condition or make any representation that the Bonovalley application will meet Your requirements or that the use of the Bonovalley application will be uninterrupted or error-free. No other verbal or written information provided by Us will create a warranty or in any way increase our liability, and You will not rely on such information.We further warrant that the Bonovalley application does not infringe on any current subsisting and enforceable Indian copyright, trademark or patent , and We will and hereby do agree to indemnify and hold You harmless in respect of any losses, costs, damages or expenses (including reasonable attorne’s fees and court costs) arising out of any claim, demand or action alleging that the Bonovalley application violates or infringes the Indian copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property right of any third party, provided that You intimate Us within reasonable time and extend your full cooperation in preparing defence against any such claims.

Limitations of liability

Bonovalley does not assume any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any reports, analysis or the services offered through the Bonovalley application. In no event shall Bonovalley be liable to you, on account of your use, misuse or reliance on the Bonovalley application or the use (or inability to use), reliance upon or performance of any service, for any damages whatsoever, including direct, special, punitive, indirect, consequential or incidental damages or damages for loss of profits, revenue, use, or data, whether brought in warranty, contract, intellectual property infringement, tort (including negligence) or any other theory, even if Bonovalley was aware of or had been advised of the possibility of such damage arising out of or connected with the use (or inability to use) or performance of the Bonovalley application or the service.You assume all responsibility and risk for the use of the Bonovalley application and the service. Term – These Terms will remain in full force and effect till such time that you continue to use the Bonovalley application or any related Services.Severability – If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of these Terms to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.Entire Agreement – These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding the subject matter of these Terms. Your continued use of the Services will be conclusive proof of your deemed acceptance to any modifications made by us to these Terms.Waiver – Any waiver of any provision of the Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by you and Bonovalley.Assignment – You may not assign any of your rights or duties under these Terms without the express written consent from us. Bonovalley may assign its obligation/ duties and rights under these Terms without requiring to seek any consent from you.Notices – All of our notices, demands and other communications must be in writing and will be deemed to have been given (a) if mailed by registered mail, postage prepaid, (b) if delivered by overnight courier, (c) if sent by facsimile transmission and such transmission is confirmed as received, or (d) if sent by electronic mail, and such message is confirmed as received, in each case to the address, fax number or e-mail address specified on the Website. All of your notices, demands and other communications must be in writing and will be deemed to have been given (a) if mailed by certified mail, postage prepaid or if delivered by overnight courier, to our address: Inventiva Artes, E-43/1, Okhla-Phase-2, Okhla Industrial Area, Delhi - 110020Force Majeure – In no event shall we be held liable or be deemed to be in breach hereof for any failure or delay of performance resulting from any governmental action, fire, flood, insurrection, earthquake, power failure, network failure, riot, explosion, embargo, strikes (whether legal or illegal), terrorist act, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind or work slowdown or any other condition not reasonably within our control.Arbitration – Any disputes and differences whatsoever arising in connection with these Terms shall be settled by Arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. All proceedings shall be conducted in English language. Unless the Parties agree on a sole arbitrator there shall be three Arbitrators, one to be selected by each party, and the third to be selected by the two Arbitrators appointed by the parties. The venue of Arbitration shall be in Delhi, India. Any award rendered by the arbitrator shall be conclusive and binding upon the parties hereto.Governing Law – These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian laws and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts situated in Delhi. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws.
